UniversalClass - Online Continuing Education

The Tolland Public Library, with funding from the Tolland Public Library Foundation, offers Tolland patrons UniversalClass which is an online continuing education service. UniveralClass has a catalog of over five hundred courses in business, health, test preparation, computer training, homeschooling and many other areas of interest.
