Economic Development Plan

In 2025, the Tolland Economic Development Commission developed an economic development plan for the Town of Tolland. Building off of the implementation strategies in the 2019 Plan of Conservation and Development, the plan is intended to identify cost-effective ways to improve the economic development environment in Tolland while preserving the Town’s character.

The Plan also discusses potential business opportunities in Tolland and identifies the types of development which could be most beneficial to the Town. The Plan is viewable at the link below:
