Tolland Celebrates America's 250th Birthday

The Permanent Celebration Committee has begun planning for our annual Scarecrow Contest and Harvest Festival! 

As participants and attendees who may be considering joining in the fun again this year, we wanted to let you know about plans for a special theme around our 2026 event. We will be celebrating America's 250th anniversary and hope you will join us! 

We are asking that all scarecrow displays reflect the spirit of honoring our nation's 250 year journey. We'd love our Tolland Green to explode with patriotic pride!

Our annual Harvest Festival will also commemorate America's 250th and will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 from 12pm-4pm.

More details will be coming out around late August along with a registration link to sign up to be part of this exciting community event!
