Welcome to the Tolland Senior Center
The Tolland Senior Center, a division of Human Services, provides programs, services, and activities designed to promote the health, wellness, and independence of older adult residents. The Center serves as a resource for social, educational, and recreational opportunities while fostering community connections.
The Senior Center offers a wide range of activities, including but not limited to:
Health & Wellness: Exercise, Chair Yoga, Line Dancing, Cardio Drumming, Chair Volleyball, Hiking Club, Foot Care
Recreation & Games: Bean Bag Toss, Billiards, Bridge, Cards, Dominoes, Mahjong, Ping Pong, Pickleball
Clubs & Educational Programs: Book Club, Crafts & Chats, Tech Class, Chorus
Special Programs & Services: Seniors with Thyme Cooking Program, Afternoons with Lincoln, Haircuts, Lunches
