Hybrid meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month.  They will be held at the Hicks Memorial Municipal Center (Town Hall), 21 Tolland Green in Council Chambers on the sixth level, and also through Zoom. The Zoom information will be posted on the agenda.
